Benefits
and Perks

Working at Pilot is more than just a job, it is a career.  Nothing illustrates that better than the incredible employee retention that the company has, with 60% of employees having worked for the company for more than 10 years.  The average tenure at Pilot is twice that of the national average.

Pilot has a strong culture of promoting from within.  In fact, our own CEO, Gordon Branov, started with Pilot nearly 25 years ago working on the dock in Pilot’s Los Angeles station.  Since then, he has held, or worked very closely with, almost every position in the company, making him one of the most knowledgeable CEOs in the industry, and certainly the best to run Pilot.

With incredible growth at our fingertips, Pilot offers employees endless possibilities of tremendous professional opportunities both domestically and internationally.  Be it in our National Customer Service Center, one of our 83 stations across North America, or part of growing global team, there is an opportunity for you to make a different in Pilot’s future.
