ADDRESS CORRECTION

In the event a consignee's address is incorrect, Pilot will attempt to find the correct address. CARGO LIABILITY

Pilot Freight Services will only be liable for the value declared on the Pilot way bill. It represents the maximum liability for all loss or damage of the entire shipment. Exposures beyond the value declared are not assumed by Pilot. These liabilities are assumed by the shipper or transferred to an insurance company by the purchase of an insurance policy. Pilot will provide insurance coverage when requested, according to Pilot Rules and Regulations Tariff No. 2.
