| Pilot Special Services provide professional pickup or delivery of large business-to-business shipments
like medical equipment, office furniture/work stations, and telecommunications,
computer or electronics equipment. This customized, "white glove" service is offered nationwide.

Customized transportation schedules — Expedited or Deferred Transit
Time-specific pickup or delivery, as required
Special handling:
–Minimum two-person team — delivery or pickup
–Additional manpower and specialized equipment, as required
–Inspection to ensure shipment/product integrity
–Deliver and unpack to designated location/work areas, as instructed
–Remove/discard debris
–Minor setup or assembly as required for delivery
–Asset Recovery Services — disassembly and packing/crating, as required
Customized "Standard Operating Procedures" (SOP) per Customer requirements:
–Customer-specific procedures put in place and checklist developed for all
pickups and deliveries, including coordination with customers, vendors,
consignees and/or technicians in the field
–Special Services Checklist utilized and signed off for each pickup
or delivery
