1.      How do I change details in my confirmation email? (Arrival and departure dates, station, role?) Please email Marketing at marketing@pilotdelivers.com to update your information.

2.      Do I need to make my own hotel reservation? Unless you were directly contacted by Marketing, you will have to make your own hotel reservation.

3.      The registration website has closed. How can I register? Please email Marketing at marketing@pilotdelivers.com for help.

4.      Do I need to sign up for breakouts? Yes, everyone must sign up for breakouts.

5.      The breakout I want is shaded out. How can I sign up for this breakout? If the breakout is shaded out, it has reached maximum capacity. Please choose another breakout for that session. If you were instructed to sign up for a breakout that is now closed, please contact Marketing at marketing@pilotdelivers.com as soon as possible.

6.      How can I edit my breakout selections? Please email Marketing at marketing@pilotdelivers.com for the link to edit breakouts.



1.      How do I change my flight arrangements? If your flight arrangements were made with Pilot’s Corporate Travel Department, please contact Meghan Strain at mstrain@pilotdelivers.com or by phone at (610)891-8109.

2.      How long does it take to get to the hotel from the airport? The Borgata is approximately 20 minutes from the Atlantic City International Airport. If you are arriving from the Philadelphia International Airport, the Borgata is approximately one hour and 10 minutes away.

3.      What are my transportation options to get to the hotel from the airport? Shuttle and sedan service are available.  Please see our Transportation page for more information.

4.      How do I arrange transportation back to the airport after the meeting?  Pilot is providing employees with free transportation back to the airport.  If your travel arrangements were not made with our Corporate Travel Department, please contact Meghan Strain by April 5 at mstrain@pilotdelivers.com or by phone at (610) 891-8109 with your return flight information.  The buses will depart the Borgata for the airport at 12:30 pm.



1.      When is check-in and check-out? Hotel check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.

2.      Where is the National Meeting check-in? The meeting registration desk will be located outside the entrance to the Expo, which is on level two of the Borgata Event Center in Salons A, B & C.

3.      Does the hotel have a fitness center and a pool? Yes, the fitness center is open from 6:00 am – 8:00 pm Monday through Saturday and 6:00 am – 7:00 pm on Sunday. The fitness center is available to hotel guests for a fee of $12.  Appropriate gym wear is required.  The pool and gardens are open the same time as the fitness center and is free of charge.

4.      Does the Borgata have a Business Center? Yes, the Business Center at the Borgata is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Copying, faxing, and mailing services are available as well as notary services.

2.      Is breakout attendance mandatory? Yes, breakout attendance is mandatory for ALL meeting attendees. Attendance is taken at each session.

3.      When does the meeting begin? The meeting starts with the Expo at noon on Wednesday, April 17. Please plan to arrive in Atlantic City between noon and 1:00 pm to give yourself ample time to meet with Pilot’s partners. Lunch is provided during the Expo.

4.      When does the meeting end? The final session will end at noon on Friday, April 19. If you are returning home via the Philadelphia International Airport, please do not book a departing flight sooner than 4:00 pm. This will accommodate both travel time from Atlantic City to the airport and preflight check-in.
