- Service levels for all national accounts on a daily basis, with a goal of 100% on-time performance
- Proof of delivery entries made the same day the shipment is delivered
- Claims, with a goal of 0% loss/damage claim ratio
- Billing, with a goal of 100% accuracy
- Customer service, with a goal of 100% customer satisfaction
We continue to average over 98% on-time performance.
